| I've created this page to share something that I've done for 33years as of 2010. Here in the US we have the top 40 songs of the week countdown every week on the radio. I'm sure in the UK and other countries you have a similar type TV or radio show. I listen to music constantly , in my car , at home , at work. Either on my CD players or DVD players or the computer. Typically I'll get stuck on 1 song for most of the week that I'll play over and over again , because it strikes a chord with me for that week. During the week I'm calculating in my mind , which song ( s ) I've been listening to and how much , then at the end of the week I'll write down my number one song for the week. I'm sure you can all remember the first song you danced to with your mate , girlfriend , boyfriend , wife , husband , and instantly when you hear that song it takes you back to that place and time in your mind. The same principal applies here. I can look back to nearly every week over the 30 years at my number 1 song for any given week and instantly be taken back to where I was and what I was doing. It's been a lot of fun. So I though it would be fun to share with everyone else. So check back every week and see what I've been listening to. |
